Orders must be made in writing by email.
All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive a pro forma invoice.
Acceptance of pro forma invoice and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place once the pro forma invoice has been paid.
We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records.
Delivery charges are as specified on the pro forma invoice when you place an order.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are collected from us.
We’re committed to selling the finest quality products that we know you will enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought via email. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before you use them and be sure to also read the label and instructions before use. We recommend that you keep your order number, which can be found on your traceability paperwork which will arrive with your delivery as well as being emailed by encryted email prior to the goods being collected.
If there is a fault or problem with the product then please make us aware of this as soon as you receive your delivery, we recommend that when signing for your item you sign for it as ‘contents unchecked’ . Should the above term not be used then it is assumed that you have checked the delivery and are signing for it in a perfect state.
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors.
